BBQ Seitan Sausage with Yellow Rice and Baked Broccoli

I made about ten or eleven seitan sausages yesterday in my steamer and used them to make some delicious hot dogs. Today I had four left over and decided to do something different. I found some BBQ sauce and a stray onion and decided that would be enough. I also found a box of yellow rice that had fallen into the depths of the pantry to await my rescue. Today was it’s day to shine and I thought it went hand and hand with this BBQ sausage and broccoli. Quite filling on a rainy day, too.
