I absolutely love these little “meat” balls. They’re really simple, versatile and always tasty. For one, you can make them any flavor you want by simply switching the sauce you pour on them. You can eat them over rice, in a wrap, a pita pouch or over noodles. You could even make a sub sandwich with them if you wanted. I make a double batch sometimes and freeze them for a quick meal later on. They’re really cheap to make and you can add whatever you like to the mix to give it your own flavor. Hope you enjoy ~
I have made a total of around 5 or 6 different Shepherd’s Pie recipes over the last year. This is the first one where I actually said ” Wow, this is the one. ” So here you go. I was able to make 3 individual pot pies, and an 11 x 8 ” sized pie I believe. They came out gorgeous, so I will probably make more next week, honestly.
I think we all know by now that I love enchiladas. Every time I make them I do it a different way. This time I wanted to give the potato burrito a try, and it turned out delicious paired with my homemade salsa, my homemade cheese sauce, homemade enchilada sauce (all three recipes are inside this post) and some blue corn chips. This seriously makes a ton of food, so be prepared to not cook for a while after you make this, or be prepared to have a food baby because you can’t stop yourself from eating it all the first day.
I have heard that soy curls are great in sweet and sour sauce, but that seemed boring to me so I used something different. However, the great thing about this recipe is that you can use any flavor or seasoning you want, and it’s super cheap, especially compared to take out.
